Carmelo Rodriguez is a certified confidence coach and founder of 12th-Hour Confidence Coaching. A survivor of extreme childhood neglect, an Army combat veteran with honorable service, and a law enforcement negotiation's specialist, Carmelo knows what it's like to be in the 12th hour where all hope seems lost. In his retainer-based, one-on-one coaching, Carmelo reinforces behaviors of commitment, adaptation, resilience, and overcoming.
